Mission Directors

Meetings are the 1st Tuesday of the Month

Duties: (as defined in the Code of Regulations)

·        shall lead and develop the missions program of the Church

·        shall promote awareness of Christian service programs

·        shall direct the expenditure of funds for these purposes allocated in the budget or received in special collections

·        six members, each with a three-year term

·        two terms of office shall start each year

·        two new members elected at the annual meeting

Haven of Rest Ministries' special Easter outreach ministry is to help the needy and homeless men, women and children in our communities.  The following new, regular or large size items are being collected for Hope Totes:

• tooth brushes and toothpaste
• soap
• shaving cream and disposable razors
• shampoo and conditioner
• deodorant
• lip balm
• socks
• brush and comb
• shoelaces
• hand or body lotion facial tissue.

These items can be placed in the bin under the Missions' Committee bulletin board in the Great Hall.
