Endowment
Duties: (as defined in the Code of Regulations) Endowment Fund Directors · shall have one vote on the Church Board · six elected Directors, with staggered three-year terms · in 2006 two Directors elected for a one-year term, two for a two-year term and two for a three-year term. · two terms of office shall start each year · two new members elected at the annual meeting · vacancy occurring during a term shall be filled by the Church Board for the unexpired term of such vacancy · shall meet at least quarterly · shall formulate their own rules of procedure · shall elect a Chairperson. · Chairperson shall be responsible for calling meetings and coordinating their individual efforts on behalf of the Endowment Fund · Four directors shall constitute a quorum There must be a quorum for approval of any transactions |
