Middlers
Welcome to the "One Thing" café and lounge where our 6,7 and 8th
graders meet each Sunday for community and a bible lesson. Our
unique program begins with a social time at the café where our middlers
meet for a snack and beverage pertaining to the lesson of the day.
After, they move into the lounge where our teachers use everyday objects
as a tool to illustrate the message. By using concrete, visible
and vivid objects, the students hold their interest longer and can apply
the bible lesson to their everyday life. The object lesson
curriculum grabs the attention and imagination of students long enough
for the light of God’s truth to penetrate their lives.
